La Bodega is about style, culture, and simplicity.

It is the feeling of walking into a completely new and exciting space, which at the same time, is warm, cozy, and familiar.  The feeling of dining at a close friend's house.  An intimate neighborhood restaurant.

Many restaurants identify themselves as "owner-operated", but at La Bodega we take this concept to heart.  For us, La Bodega is much more than a business or even an eating establishment, it is a personal expression of our culture, cumulative life experiences, knowledge, and passions.

With his commitment to the finest local and organic produce, fish, and meats, chef Gabriel Bremer's cuisine will continue the relationship between the producer, the farmer, and the kitchen that have distinguished Salts as one of the best restaurants in the country.  The cuisine created with these great foods will tell a personal story drawing influence from Analia's home country of Uruguay; as well as Spain, Italy, and the French-Basque countryside.

Eating at our restaurant is like spending a little time in our world; a little time in our home.

We look forward to your visit and the opportunity to cook for you.

" When you acknowledge, as you must,

that there is not such a thing as perfect food, only the idea of it, then the real purpose of striving towards perfection becomes clear:

to make people happy.

That's what cooking is all about. "

Thomas Keller
